As an Inventory Management Specialist supporting our Manufacturing Team, you will be trusted to managing and/or assisting with various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) at Fort Worth, Texas in US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards

  • Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources

  • Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions

  • Provide flexibility in shift hours to cover gaps and offer support on all shifts

  • Manage TECO and UnTECO batches in order to correct issuance errors

  • Monitor and improve process adherence for issuance and returns of components

  • Track, trend and correct inventory discrepancies

  • Provide feedback and training to all Pharm Surg associates

  • Design physical inventory staging areas

  • Perform routine audits of the current inventory and make real-time corrections

  • Perform inventory transfers as needed to support Production

  • Electronically adjust inventory into and out of SAP as needed

  • Perform inventory data analytics with regular, clear, and meaningful updates to management

  • Perform troubleshooting component issues in SAP

  • Assist production team with non-routine SAP transactions




Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

  • 3 Years of Relevant Experience

  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3:00PM

  • Travel Requirements: 0 to 10%
