North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Full-Time Loss Prevention Inventory Specialist to safeguard company assets and maintain accurate inventory through auditing processes and SOP adherence.

The role requires strong communication, open availability, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Scheduled shifts include Mon–Sat 7 am–7 pm and Sunday 9 am–5 pm, with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Loss prevention: detect and prevent losses; train and coach associates on protocols.
• Perform counts and verify inventory: moving targets and cycle counts.
• Active Inventory Management: adjust counts using PIP; verify pricing and SKUs.
• Assist in educating and maintaining store wide standards in safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide Loss Prevention training to new hires and store teams.
• Oversee counting processes and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor cash handling and alarm logs; maintain product labeling accuracy.
