Responsibilities

Delivers, sets up, and places new furniture; moves furniture and heavy items.
Receives, stores, rotates stock and issues items; loads/unloads trucks.
Receives mail and packages; handles postage and specimen deliveries as needed.
Maintains clean and organized storeroom; supports multiple locations.
Prepares orders/requisitions; maintains records for supply activities.
Operates central copy center equipment and related devices.
Operates equipment like dollies, pallets jacks, forklifts, and carts.
Receives and checks stock from vendors; documents discrepancies and stock levels.
Performs periodic cycle counts and inventory; maintains data entry in systems.
Handles stock receipt, storage, and retrieval with FIFO principles.
Ensures proper handling of supplies including temperature-sensitive items.
