Job summary

LeanTeq 濂達科技 in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations, ensuring accurate, timely handling of parts, materials, and supplies.

You will operate material-handling equipment, drive company trucks as needed, perform inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with production teams to meet delivery schedules in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in inventory control.
• 1-2 years in receiving and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and small delivery vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and safely handle delicate parts, equipment, and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, track, and ship customer parts, materials, and supplies accurately and efficiently.
• Perform initial and ongoing inspections, ensuring proper documentation using barcode systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders to move, stage, and store inventory.
• Drive company box trucks and delivery vehicles to pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by counting, reconciling, and monitoring stock.
• Process and document returned items, inventory adjustments, and invoices.
• Order inventory from vendors in coordination with the purchasing department.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and support loss-prevention initiatives.
• Perform quality checks on stored inventory to ensure ISO 9001 standards compliance.
