Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar stock/warehouse role preferred.
• Forklift certification not required but a plus.
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners, barcodes and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify their accuracy.
• Label parts and ensure proper identification.
• Update systems when parts move to different storage locations.
• Ensure daily movement and proper storage of parts.
• Participate in inventory activities.
• Maintain stock organization and warehouse orderliness.
• Manage warehouse stock, including repairs and quality control.
• Prepare spare parts and equipment for shipment, repair, or other handling.
• Prepare parts for production orders.
• Package items according to work instructions.
• Label items and ensure required documentation.
• Perform loading and unloading operations.
• Move equipment or machinery as needed.
• Process item movements within the IRP system.
• Use the ERP database daily and report discrepancies.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Implement and maintain daily 5S practices.
