Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies is seeking a Material Handler to support production through warehousing, receiving, shipping and inventory control in a factory environment. You will operate per safety standards and use barcode scanners and ERP systems to ensure accurate inventory records.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and the drive to participate in continuous improvement initiatives while supporting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Material Handler experience with inventory transactions in ERP.
• Vocational training in inventory management or logistics preferred.
• Experience with barcode scanning and ERP systems (Epicor E9).

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing, inventory control, receiving, shipping and packaging tasks.
• Record inventory transactions via ERP and barcode scanner.
• Participate in Inventory Cycle Count Program.
• Adhere to safety, hazardous material handling, and ISO9001 requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; support continuous improvement.
• Assist other departments and participate in team meetings.
• Initiate Engineering Change Requests to improve quality and reduce cycle times.
