Hood Container Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Owensboro, KY to support production operations through inventory control, material staging, and logistics coordination. This role ensures materials are available when needed and inventory accuracy is maintained across the facility.

You will stage materials, coordinate transfers between warehouse locations, and maintain precise records while working with production and logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Stage materials and paperwork for scheduled production jobs.
• Coordinate inventory movement between warehouse locations and buildings.
• Scan, track, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure production lines are stocked and ready for startup.
• Support FIFO inventory practices and warehouse organization.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet operational goals.
• Provide backup support for inventory and cycle counting activities.
