Job summary

ABS Global, a Genus company, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and warehouse operations in our manufacturing and laboratory environments. You will coordinate inbound and outbound material movements and maintain accurate records to ensure timely availability.

This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with ERP or inventory systems, forklift familiarity, and the ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, QA,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements to support operational needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within company systems.
• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, laboratory, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Maintain an organized, safe warehouse environment.
• Track and manage material movements while ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Utilize material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management and material flow.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and other administrative supply chain activities.
