Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in San Jose, CA is seeking an Inventory/Procurement Associate to support planning, tracking, and cost-effective transportation of beverage orders. You will work closely with suppliers to adjust orders and maintain timely receipt of product.

With a High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience, you will input data, generate reports, and assist the Inventory Manager. Hourly pay ranges from $26.09 to $32.62 and standard benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparation, and placement of approved orders and adjust with suppliers.
• Track and expedite orders, review daily quantities and inventory levels.
• Generate monthly sales and inventory reports and input data into the system.
• Coordinate trucking and rail transportation to minimize costs and ensure timely receipt.
• Support purchasing with the Inventory Manager and communicate with beverage suppliers.
