You will lead daily teams, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and drive process improvements to accuracy and efficiency. The role prioritizes leadership, collaboration, and precise execution in a fast-paced shop environment with exposure to heavy parts and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of warehouse/shop experience.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory control and cycle counting.
• Coordinate with manager and lead daily team meetings.
• Manage inbound receiving, put-away, and outbound shipments.
