Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Inventory Lead at Short Pump Town Center. The role leads the store's inventory program, coordinating with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure accurate counts, smooth restocking, and organized back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Leads inventory program in-store and communicates with team.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to adapt to daily ebbs and flows.

Responsibilities

• Create a dynamic back-of-house experience.
• Forge relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
• Ensure back room is tidy and navigable.
• Manage destock and restock daily.
• Keep back of the house organized.
• Attend monthly inventory meetings and manage weekly cycle counts.
• Oversee store-to-store transfers and weekly restocks.
• Ensure timely receipt and processing of shipments; follow up with managers as needed.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
