Job summary

NEOTech in Westborough, MA seeks an Inventory Clerk to accurately transact and move raw materials, maintain stockroom records, and deliver items to production per customer needs.

You will follow ESD/Board handling, read work instructions, and perform cycle counts. Proficiency with OCuity and IPC-DVD-64C is required, plus ITAR/CUI citizenship compliance. This role supports ISO objectives and 6S in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen per ITAR/CUI.
• Experience reading IPC-DVD-64C markings.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and inventory transactions.
• Familiarity with electronic manufacturing systems (OCuity).
• Proficient with DVM for component measurements.

Responsibilities

• Transact and physically move raw materials to and from the stockroom.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; locate stock and deliver to production.
• Prepare components prior to kit release and support kit shortages.
• Load/unload feeders and count SMD reels for teardown counts.
• Fill material requisitions, issue materials, and distribute to workers.
• Ensure ISO standards and 6S principles are followed; complete required documents.
• Support Receiving and Shipping; participate in physical inventory preparations.
• Enter daily inventory transactions into Profit Key and resolve issues as needed.
