Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Material Handler II for its Kollmorgen team in Radford, VA. You will support material presentation, inventory accuracy, and internal deliveries on the production floor, working with planners and manufacturing leadership to optimize replenishment programs and lean practices.

The role requires ability to operate MRP/MPS systems, perform cycle counts, and participate in continuous improvement activities. Training for forklift/box truck operation is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRP/MPS and kanban replenishment is preferred.
• Forklift and box truck experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support material presentation and internal delivery in Radford Operations.
• Close production orders and resolve shortages.
• Execute and disposition excess/obsolete lists.
• Coordinate with planners/buyers to resolve issues and ensure FIFO.
• Perform daily Kanban audits and stock material with FIFO discipline.
• Create documentation and perform inventory analyses as needed.
