Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Inventory/Logistics Associate to compile and maintain records for physical and virtual inventories. You will manage data around ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products within the facility, and coordinate replenishment needs.

You’ll apply attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong computer skills to ensure accurate, timely data across cold and dry storage areas while complying with safety policies. We offer growth opportunities within Lineage.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language (English) and follow Lineage guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; data entry and record-keeping capabilities.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20 F / -25 C) or hot storage (up to 100 F / 37 C) environments with PPE.
• Lift at least 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Assemble data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Address damages, inventory adjustments, and shrinkage issues.
• Identify correct product IDs, perform cycle counts, and assist in physical inventories.
• Review stock numbers and catalog references to verify shipping orders.
• Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
