Job summary

Lineage Logistics in California is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to compile and maintain records of inventories and manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products within the facility.

You will perform cycle counts, process claims, inspect stock, and work with pallets and product IDs while adhering to safety standards. The role requires adaptability to 2nd or 3rd shift and a willingness to work weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Able to understand instructions in English and follow safety rules.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic data entry and record keeping.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in cold storage environments.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
• Determine stock supply and replenishment needs.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink.
• Identify products, perform cycle counts, and support inventories.
• Verify shipping orders using catalogs and product lists.
• Review files and dispose of excess or damaged items.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
