Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. in Berea, KY seeks an Inventory Integrity Analyst I-II to perform cycle counts and verify inventory records. You will investigate discrepancies and work with the Inventory Integrity Coordinator to improve processes.

Responsibilities include data-driven analysis, root-cause identification, and leading Level II improvement efforts while collaborating across teams in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory, materials, or related area.
• 3-5 years of experience for Level II is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts based on daily and weekly ABC cycle count schedules.
• Audit system inventory records and verify accuracy against physical inventory.
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Integrity Coordinator and Supervisor.
• Participate in meetings to review findings, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Support ongoing evaluation of inventory accuracy processes and recommend improvements.
• Investigate recurring inventory discrepancies to identify root causes, providing Level I support and leading Level II efforts.
• Track and oversee corrective actions, with Level II ensuring resolution effectiveness.
• Contribute to and drive process improvements related to inventory accuracy with Level II leadership.
