Job summary

DwyerOmega in Indiana (South Bend) is seeking an Inventory Group Leader to direct Stock Attendants in receiving, storing, and counting Finished Goods. You will investigate variances, manage cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory at locations, while communicating discrepancies to sites and overseeing daily shipping-related tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with warehouse experience; capable of lifting up to 50lbs, supervising staff, and using scanners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct Stock Attendants in receiving, storing and inventorying Finished Goods
• Investigate and resolve Cycle Count variances
• Enter Cycle Count into the system
• Oversee receiving and stocking of Finished Goods Manufactured and Resale
• Document IP Discrepancies and email discrepancies to manufacturing sites
• Oversee Daily Sales Orders due on In Transit IPs from facilities
• Maintain IPs Shipped/Not Received reports
• Process Scrap/Obsolete product requests
• Handle internal emails and phone calls about stock check and receipt
• Oversee Pick, Pack and Shipping after Shipping Group Leader leaves
• Ensure CDC is closed down end of day
• Address Put away errors and communicate to associates
• Oversee Return to Stock cart weekly
• Oversee Receiving Clerk and duties
