Job summary

DwyerOmega in South Bend, IN is seeking a DC Manager to oversee warehouse day-to-day operations at our South Bend distribution facility, reporting to the North America DC Manager. You will lead receiving, stocking, transfers, order fulfillment, cycle counts, and inventory control.

You will build a world-class team, drive KPI performance, ensure safety and ISO compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate with multiple sites while enforcing policies and payroll/hiring actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in warehouse management.
• Experience with WMS and payroll systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, transfers, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to deliver world-class service.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and work with EH&S on safety.
• Track KPIs and report on on-time shipments, accuracy, and productivity.
• Control budgets and drive cost optimization.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and MFG sites.
• Approve timecards, vacations, payroll changes, and hiring decisions with HR.
• Maintain ISO certification with QA and leadership.
