Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in inventory or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity and accuracy of inventory records within ERP systems.
• Record inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, write-offs, and other inventory transactions.
• Monitor and resolve daily EDI transaction errors and lot control discrepancies.
• Investigate variances and work with warehouse and operations to identify root causes.
• Reconcile inventory subledger with general ledger monthly.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate items.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, year-end close and journal entries.
• Support audits and provide requested documentation.
• Participate in system implementations and process improvements.
