Job summary

HALO Branded Solutions, Inc. is seeking a warehouse fulfillment associate for our Sterling, IL site. This on-site 1st shift role (8:00am–4:30pm) focuses on receiving and inventory management of HALO products, ensuring accurate stock and efficient fulfillment.

You will sort, stock, label items, perform cycle counts, and assist in processing shipments and kitting projects. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receiving experience in a warehouse.
• Must read/speak English for safety purposes.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 200 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: sort and stock items, label and organize locations, perform cycle counts.
• Receiving and Inspection: receive shipments, verify contents against PO, record in system.
• Administrative: answer inventory/shipping questions, check emails, support fulfillment/kitting, other duties as assigned.
