Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone in Seattle seeks Warehouse Associate to manage inbound/outbound orders and inspect pallets for SKU accuracy. You will maintain inventory records, assist customers with loading their orders, and ensure invoicing and receiving protocols are followed.

The role requires daily equipment inspections and collaboration with customer service to resolve order discrepancies, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This is an on-site position in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Safe operation and daily inspection of warehouse equipment
• Customer assistance with loading/unloading orders

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and assist with corporate inventory counts
• Report any inventory discrepancies to branch manager
• Assist customers with loading and unloading vehicles and follow invoicing protocol
• Follow proper receiving protocol, including product inspections
• Maintain warehouse breakage list and report to branch manager weekly
• Inspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment daily and report issues
• Communicate with customer service regarding order discrepancies or issues
• Ensure cleanliness, signage and stock in Factory Outlet and slab yard
• Assist clients with questions about products or orders
• Pull stock orders and branch transfers and process in a timely manner
