Job summary

Granite Advanced Corp. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time role. You will manage inventory, receive, inspect, and stock incoming goods, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will maintain accurate records, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily goals. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills needed for daily tasks.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory according to procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship products per customer orders and shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform routine warehouse maintenance and keep storage areas organized.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost warehouse efficiency.
• Assist training of new employees on procedures and protocols.
• Familiarity with WMS and inventory software preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks with care.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory mgmt.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
• Possible forklift operation is a plus.
