Qualifications

• Tasks include loading and unloading trucks, receiving and storage of merchandise, and picking and packing customer orders and stock transfers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and physical inventory as scheduled.
• Report shortages, overages, damaged merchandise, and unresolved customer complaints to supervisor.
• Verify accurate counts of incoming or outgoing materials and merchandise.
• Maintain accurate open and closed purchase order receipt files.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and handle merchandise with care.
• Receive and store merchandise and fulfill customer orders.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and physical inventories as scheduled.
• Notify supervisor about shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure data entry accuracy for receipt of goods and purchase orders.
