Job summary

United Central Industrial Supply is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately receive stock, stock merchandise, and ship orders while representing the company in a professional manner.

Primary duties include loading/unloading, picking/packing, cycle counts, and reporting variances. Overtime and varying weather conditions at mining/industrial sites are possible; strong safety practices are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be able to complete company training program.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, receive and store merchandise, pick and pack orders.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and physical inventories as scheduled.
• Report shortages, overages, damaged merchandise, and unresolved complaints.
• Verify counts of incoming/outgoing materials and merchandise.
• Maintain purchase order receipt files and report discrepancies.
