Job summary

Diazyme Laboratories, Inc. seeks a skilled Inventory/Facilities Clerk to monitor stock levels, manage the warehouse, and lead Picking and Packing staff. You will assist with requisitions, analyze shortages, and coordinate with facility vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires basic MRP knowledge, Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a cGMP/ISO environment. Forklift operation is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and direct subordinate employees.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, word processing and spreadsheets.

• Understanding of inventory planning and MRP.
• Customer focused with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels based on MRP, Kanban, and reorder reports.
• Assist in generating purchase requisitions to meet project and production needs.
• Manage Company warehouse: organization and cleanliness.
• Direct daily tasks of Picking and Packing stock control clerks for shipments.
• Operate forklift and support facility vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors for services and supply costs reduction.
• Respond to routine internal requests and ensure legal compliance.
• Observe safety and operating procedures.
