Job summary

OC Staffing and HR Solutions is hiring an Inventory Forklift Operator in our New Jersey distribution center. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour.

You will manage inventory movement, pick/pack orders, and support shipping and receiving while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. The role requires experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment, proficiency with WMS, basic math for counts and weights, and strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment in a warehouse.
• Knowledge of WMS for inventory control and order processing.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Basic math for inventory counts, weights and load calculations.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Pick and pack orders using order picker equipment and WMS.
• Assist with shipping and receiving by verifying inbound/outbound shipments.
• Perform equipment inspections and coordinate basic repairs.
• Maintain organized storage and inventory locations.
