Nysonian Inc. is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator and Inventory Specialist to support safe warehouse operations near Las Vegas. You will move, load, unload, and stack goods while keeping precise stock records and ensuring proper storage.

This role requires a forklift certification or willingness to obtain one and an ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse operations, basic computer skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in warehouse ops or logistics.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., Shiphero preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• OSHA safety knowledge; distribution center experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment with physical demands.
• Military personnel encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, damages, and equipment maintenance needs to management.
