Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, inventory, and operational data to support accurate demand forecasting.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and sales teams to align inventory forecasts and business priorities.
• Take ownership of forecasting processes and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead follow-ups with cross-functional teams to maintain accountability and project momentum.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
