• Sequence the rollout so NC regions don't all break at once.
• Translate 7 years of history into a forecast you'd stake your name on.
• Own cadence that turns 3PL Management reporting into Supplier Relationship Management action.
• Own the relationship with the multitasking vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
• Streamline operational workflows to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Own the math behind every Inventory Manager promise made to a customer.
