Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent qualifying experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Navigate applications and software.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify discrete jobs, determine root cause, and address issues.
• Liaison between manufacturing, production, and inventory control.
• Identify and correct inventory accuracies.
• Audit transaction processes to ensure ERP accuracy.
• Identify BOM and route issues and coordinate across teams.
• Execute continuous improvement projects for better product flow.
• Address gaps in inventory processes.
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness.
