Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a warehouse associate to move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas using hand trucks and forklifts.

You will read schedules, assemble orders, and ensure accurate recording of materials moved, while maintaining inventory records and a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 lbs with team lift as needed, following safety protocols, and supporting department objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Good written and verbal skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Move materials within facilities using hand truck, forklift, or similar equipment.
• Read production schedule and assemble orders from stock.
• Record materials received and distributed; maintain inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; support safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
