The ideal candidate has supply chain and inventory management experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to meet KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, operations, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter/resourceful - plan and drive tasks to completion.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Ability to understand and drive KPIs.
• Capable of learning quickly with problem-solving focus.
• Self-motivated and accountable for work.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• High action orientation and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve technician efficiency by ensuring proper truck stock and inventory accuracy.
• Support growth plans with new vehicles onsite and ready for staff.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for favorable terms.
• Uphold a safe, accountable and compliant workplace.
• Maintain inventory processes and depot logistics flow.
• Coordinate parts and material flow for job sites.
• Track assets (tools and vehicles) and depreciation.
• Manage pricing and material data in inventory systems.
• Support budget and cost-control efforts with accurate records.
