Job summary

United Ag & Turf NE is seeking an Inventory Facility Coordinator to manage whole goods inventory, staging, and facility image across the Northeast. You will support loading/unloading, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely receipts with DIT processes.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork. You will contribute to maintaining clean, well-organized lots, and participate in audits and periodic reporting.

Qualifications

• Forklift certified and able to operate material-handling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required and maintained.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and inventory systems.
• Experience rigging equipment and handling heavy items.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory tracking for whole goods and maintain facility image.
• Support loading/unloading and ensure safe, organized staging areas.
• Document receipts, perform DIT checks within 24 hours.
• Capture photos, serials, bills, and two-way movement in systems.
• Maintain 100% compliance with DIT sticker usage and accuracy.
• Conduct monthly and per-period audits of inventory.
• Coordinate with team leaders on repairs, staging, and transfers.
• Monitor reports and resolve discrepancies promptly.
