Job summary

Ski Haus in Salem, NH is hiring a full-time Inventory and E-Commerce Coordinator to manage purchase orders, product data, and online sales across our three sales floors. This on-site role blends hands-on stock control with web fulfillment for a small family business.

You will work in a fast-paced seasonal environment, receive shipments, price items, tag security, and support the website manager with web orders year-round.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing product data, SKUs, and stock locations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with seasonal fluctuations in demand.
• Proficiency with basic office software for reporting and data entry.
• Experience in retail, warehousing, or e-commerce is beneficial; interest in ski, snowboard, or outdoor products is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take pride in the work you do.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into our POS system.
• Manage soft goods receiving.
• Unpack pricing, tag, check in, pack, and distribute to three sales floors.
• Assist website manager with web sales throughout the year.
• Coordinate daily web sales processing and product collection for orders.
• Learn sales floor processes to cover summer patio furniture and winter ski equipment.
• Keep workspace clean, orderly, and efficient.
• Ensure customers are served timely and professionally.
