Job summary

Acosta Military Sales, LLC is seeking a Distributor Coordinator to manage client products across the supply chain and act as a primary contact among distributors, business managers, sales, stores, and clients. You will coordinate inventory control, purchase orders, code dates, pricing, product availability, and promotional activity.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple partners.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide distributors with setup information, monitor purchase order progress, resolve shipping issues, and communicate product availability to Business Managers and the sales force.
• Manage life cycle of client one-time-buy items; follow up with distributors for on-time delivery and track item flow.
• Inform distributors of phased-out items, track inventory through completion, and minimize client liability.
• Manage inventory for date-sensitive items to minimize price reductions and report code-date concerns.
• Flag dead stock concerns at distributor locations to Business Managers and sales.
• Assist Business Managers with resolving pricing discrepancies between distributors and clients.
• Coordinate ordering plans for large promotions with Business Managers and the sales force.
