Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate at our Indiana facility to check and record materials, stock received items, and fulfill customer orders in a safe, compliant manner. You will verify quantities, document material movements, and assist in packing and shipping operations in a temperature-controlled environment.

The role requires basic math, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in cold storage and varying temperatures while lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the primary language of the site.
• Basic computer skills may be required.
• Ability to work in cold storage temperatures down to -20 Fahrenheit (-25 Celsius) and up to 100 Fahrenheit (37 Celsius) while wearing PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kgs).
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with variable noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Review loads/batches delivered to verify quantity and material type.
• May write tickets showing quantity, material type, truck number, location, and time.
• Report amounts of materials transported and distributed.
• Record received and distributed materials.
• Weigh or count items to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report damages and claims to inventory control.
• Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly by others.
• Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately.
