Responsibilities

• Perform causative research to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Research discrepancies identified via denial, complaints, counts, or surveys.
• Determine causes and coordinate adjustments to correct records.
• Process Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) through research and resolution.
• Update shelf-life and COSIS on stock as required.
• Assist specialists in analyzing automated systems and implementing new applications.
