Colours, Inc. is seeking a Customer Supply Specialist to manage inventory, coordinate orders, and support customer body shop operations across the region. You will serve as a liaison between store, warehouse, and customer locations to ensure accurate fulfillment and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of local delivery routes and territory is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels at assigned customer locations.
• Review usage trends and anticipate demand based on workflow.
• Prepare and submit accurate material orders with correct quantities and part numbers.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist in delivering and organizing materials, verify items and quantities.
• Communicate backorders or issues to appropriate teams promptly.
• Build relationships with technicians and painters at locations.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines as needed.
