Job summary

Colours, Inc. is seeking a Customer Supply Specialist to manage inventory, coordinate material orders, and support customer body shop operations across the region, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards.

In this role you will serve as the key liaison between the store, warehouse, and customer locations, ensuring timely delivery, accurate fulfillment, safety compliance, and strong, ongoing relationships with technicians and painters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels at assigned customer locations.
• Review usage trends and anticipate demand based on workflow.
• Prepare and submit accurate material orders with correct quantities and part numbers.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to fulfill orders timely.
• Assist in preparing materials for delivery and verify item accuracy.
• Communicate backorders, discrepancies, or issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with technicians and painters at locations.
• Record and report missing items or customer concerns.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, deliveries, and interactions.
• Ensure safety compliance and professional conduct in all interactions.
