Staffmark Group is hiring for an Inventory and Data Entry Associate in Charlotte, NC. The role pays $19.00 per hour and follows a 1st shift schedule from 6 AM to 3 PM. You will be a valued team member from day one, contributing to a growing team in a professional environment.

This position involves counting inventory, entering data, labeling shipments, and ensuring orders are correct, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of inventory/logistics experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, WMS and TMS helpful.

Responsibilities

• Count products and verify inventory accuracy.
• Enter inventory and shipping information into the computer.
• Print and label boxes, packages, and shipments.
• Check incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Report missing, damaged, or extra products and assist with fixes.
• Move packages to correct warehouse or shipping area.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members by phone or email; keep workspace clean.
