Hyve Solutions is seeking a dedicated inventory and reporting professional to ensure 100% completion of work orders and accurate asset tracking. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance to drive root-cause analysis and improve aging asset metrics.

Strong MS Excel and Power BI skills are essential for standardized weekly reporting. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, procedural documentation, and hands-on inventory reviews on a manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Experience creating standardized weekly reports and clear visual metrics.
• Ability to document procedures and train others on processes.
• Experience interfacing with engineers, finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders are 100% completed.
• Monitor cycle adjustments and track expenses weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Track split orders and close when racks are shipped.
• Lead program to track and report capital assets on campus.
• Collaborate with operations leadership, engineering, facilities and finance for root cause analysis.
• Review WIP inventory status and report aging assets (<30 days).
• Coordinate quarterly physical inventories and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive initiatives to reduce bone pile inventory (servers in repair).
