Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Technician to count and verify on-hand quantities, including raw steel and finished goods. You will cycle count in Eisenhower Drive and WIP warehouses to maintain accuracy and support production and customer needs.

You will audit warehouse operations, identify root causes of discrepancies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with using measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Experience with operating side loaders, man‑up, swing reach, overhead hoists & forklifts.
• Experience and certification with using weigh count equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory and manufacturing systems, processes, and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify on-hand inventory quantities, including raw steel and finished products.
• Cycle count parts in Eisenhower Drive distribution and WIP warehouses to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Audit Warehouse Operations for accuracy and recommend corrective actions for part identification and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory accuracy issues.
• Assist in resolving inventory inaccuracies to reflect correct levels for production and customer needs.
