Job summary

SugarCreek is seeking a detail-driven Cycle Count Associate at its Cambridge City, Indiana facility. You will perform regular stock takes, reconcile variances, and ensure accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include maintaining filing systems, communicating with Plant Accountants, and supporting safety and sanitation initiatives while operating forklifts and other equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse role; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and valid state driver's license required.
• Able to read and follow cycle count procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Maintain filing system of discrepancies for audit readiness.
• Communicate cycle count results to Plant Accountants.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Assist with end-of-year stock take and annual inventory process.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and sanitation policies.
• Travel to other SugarCreek locations as needed.
