Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our Olive Branch, MS team onsite. You will perform inventory counting, audits, and process improvements to maintain accuracy and keep products moving. The role requires attention to detail and problem‑solving to support warehouse operations.

The position is on site in Olive Branch, MS with typical hours Mon–Fri, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Forklift use and basic math skills are required to support daily cycles and reporting.

Qualifications

• Understanding basic inventory control procedures.
• Knowledge of JDE Inventory.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to use a warehouse forklift (required).
• Basic math and analytical skills (required).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Performing various warehouse inventory counting and porting operations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Counting numerous items daily to validate inventory accuracy and system integrity.
• Governing the cycle count process by adhering to Logistics Distribution Warehouse Cycle Count Program Procedures and corporate policy.
• Researching inventory discrepancies.
• Preparing various reports related to the cycle counting process.
• Performing audits and writing receipts of inventory.
• Tracking and reporting on uncommon products.
• Developing solutions for inventory issues.
