Job summary

1-800-Flowers.com seeks an IRA Cycle Counter II for the 1st shift on a seasonal basis. The role performs accurate cycle counts across inventory in warehouse, shipping, and production areas, supporting target inventory accuracy and overall efficiency.

Responsibilities include inputting data via RF scanners, counting high-elevation stock, verifying quantities and batch numbers, and maintaining safety and attendance standards. Previous RF/WMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year forklift reach truck experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at high elevations (stock pickers, high racking).
• 1st shift seasonal role; experience with RF scanning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routinely cycle count inventory as directed by the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Use RF scanners to input inventory data into WMS.
• Operate forklift reach trucks to access/count high-level inventory.
• Verify quantities and batch numbers.
• Assist in locating lost or misallocated inventory and rotate products to optimize space.
• Maintain safety and attendance standards.
