Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts according to schedule with documented stock levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensure inventory accuracy using Voyant's systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with warehouse staff to identify root causes.
• Assist in physical inventories and audits per company policies.
• Collaborate to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies.
• Provide recommendations for inventory control improvements and best practices.
• Support receiving and shipping processes as needed.
• Stay informed about WMS updates and participate in training sessions.
