Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Forklift and reach truck certification or training completed.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Able to operate RF scanner and use basic math for counts.
• Read and interpret inventory documents and policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts using RF scanner and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Maintain minimum inventory levels and monitor for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Ops to locate and count products.
• Move product to facilitate cycle counts and consolidate SKUs.
• Update inventory databases with current data and root-cause analysis.
• Operate reach truck, forklift, or order picker as needed.
• Follow safety policies and perform additional duties as required.
