Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia Pacific company, seeks Cycle Counters at the Paragould, AR distribution facility to count Raw, WIP, and Finished Goods. Forklift operation is required and accurate scanning is essential for inventory control.

Responsibilities include using a scanner, transmitting data, verifying Oracle counts, correcting discrepancies, and performing Oracle transactions to maintain inventory accuracy. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's License is required.
• 6 months or more of clerical or inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counts all assigned locations with the scanner.
• Ensure all scanned information has been transmitted and verified on a desktop computer.
• Verify cycle count percentages in Oracle after the count is completed.
• Investigate and correct cycle count discrepancies.
• Perform system-related transactions in Oracle to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift / slip sheet truck and material handling equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively via email and phone with the Lead.
• Learn the Oracle process and ensure 100% scanning accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehousing and manufacturing facility daily.
• Adhere to all safety procedures; travel locally as needed.
