Job summary

Huish Outdoors LLC is seeking a Warehouse Cycle Counting associate to maintain inventory accuracy at the Costa Mesa facility. You will perform cycle counts, use RF‑Smart scanning, and support order picking during busy periods to meet daily deadlines.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training shifts run 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, then 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with warehouse cycle counting or inventory control.
• Proven experience using RF‑Smart or similar scanning software is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data logging and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical cycle counts to verify warehouse bins.
• Use RF‑Smart to perform real-time bin movements and lookups.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and document findings.
• Support order picking during peak hours.
• Maintain logs and ensure safety and organization of the warehouse.
