McLane Company, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking a Warehouse Counter to perform daily location cycle counts and inventory-related tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will support accurate data entry, damage reporting, and stock verification while upholding safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes organized work, attention to detail, and teamwork, with benefits starting after a short eligibility period and opportunities for advancement within a long-standing distribution

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English at a functional level.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
• Additional duties and/or special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.
